After visiting the Indiana Photographic Society exhibit, swing by the Arts for All room for some hands-on fun! Turn a normal picture into an outstanding 3D masterpiece. Find the perfect photo from a magazine, make a few cuts and watch it transform!

Indiana Photographic Society Postcard

More than eighty works of fine arts photography will be on display, each an interpretation of the theme “Reflections…” This is their 7th exhibit at the GPAC. Don’t miss the reception on opening night, featuring live music and refreshments. The artists will be in attendance, and many will have their photographs available for purchase. Join us for free arts activities on Saturdays in the Arts for All room. Closed 5/28.

Participants create a uniquely shaped and decorated charm starting with a small lump of silver metal clay. The clay charm will then be fired in a kiln and emerge as fine silver (99.9% pure silver). $32 for 1 class.

Vintage Movie Night: House of Danger (1934)   Leave a comment

Join us for murder and mystery! Film collector, historian, and preservationalist Eric Grayson will be sharing some of his favorite vintage films one night each month. Each film is preceded by a vintage cinematic ‘short.’

Starring Onslow Stevens and Janet Chandler. A man pretends to be the injured friend of a young woman to save her life, investigate a murder and capture the killers. (Runtime 60 min)

Tickets are available at the door on the night of the film for $4 each. Popcorn, candy and drinks are available for $1 apiece.
